Job summary

The role requires driving pre-sales, order entry, and delivery across digital media including OTT, with a focus on client relationships and outcomes. Candidates should have 1–3 years in digital marketing sales support, strong presentation skills, and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of digital marketing sales support experience.
• Expert knowledge of digital sales and marketing, including OTT and targeted display.
• Adept at creating revenue opportunities from synergies between interactive sales and other mediums.
• Google AdWords and IAB certifications desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new revenue opportunities using client and category insights.
• Upsell current clients by engaging them in the full product line of KPNX-TV Phoenix offerings.
• Create custom solutions-driven campaigns across broadcast, digital, and Streaming (OTT).
• Expand relationships by understanding client business needs and competitive landscape.
• Provide clear direction to Account Management for successful campaign execution.
• Partner with Account Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and contract fulfillment.
• Use Matrix and station CRM to manage day-to-day activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Represent the media group positively at events and with surrounding businesses.
