Job summary

HP is seeking a Strategic Programs & Planning Principal to drive enterprise-level initiatives across the global supply chain. You will build cross-functional mechanisms, develop data-driven strategies, and influence executive stakeholders to improve shareholder value.

You will partner with senior leadership to design and implement supply chain network design initiatives and multi-year strategies, ensuring effective communication and governance across regions.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• MBA preferred.
• Typically has 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver key CxO level cross-functional initiatives shaping enterprise strategy and financial performance.
• Develop and drive strategic programs, SCOR models and market strategies for improvement.
• Standardize and converge business processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Lead process re-engineering to simplify workflows and introduce innovative solutions.
• Guide change management and enablement with training and support for new processes.
