Job summary

Tether Wallet is seeking a Project Manager to sit alongside the Product Manager and own the process of turning features from spec to launch across all involved teams. You will orchestrate multiple functions, keep release plans aligned, and ensure timely delivery with dependencies managed.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in PM roles, a technical background, strong communication, and proven cross‑functional collaboration experience in fast‑moving environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in project management, technical project management, scrum master, product owner, or delivery lead roles.
• Engineering background with CS/engineering degree or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Proven track record coordinating with diverse stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Hands-on experience building and owning release trackers and managing cross-team dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, design, legal, compliance, licensing, expansion, marketing, and support to keep releases on schedule.
• Lead end-to-end releases from sprint planning through QA, sign-off, and launch.
• Identify and surface risks from dependencies before they block delivery.
• Follow up with stakeholders to resolve blockers and maintain momentum.
• Translate between technical and non-technical teams to align expectations.
• Maintain the release tracker as the single source of truth.
