Ripple seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead large cross-functional programs, synthesizing business and technical requirements to support current and future customer needs. You will partner with product and engineering teams to design scalable systems, set schedules, remove roadblocks, and drive high development velocity.

You’ll lead architecture decisions, ensure hands-on delivery when needed, and champion customer-focused solutions across complex payments and blockchain ecosystems.

Qualifications

• ><span>8+ years of release or project management in enterprise tech environments</span>
• <span>Data-driven health of projects and systems</span>
• <span>Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma</span>
• <span>Coordinate across multiple teams</span>
• <span>Influence without authority in a matrixed environment</span>
• <span>Proficient with Jira/Confluence and Google Sheets</span>
• <span>Design patterns, reliability and scaling of systems</span>
• <span>Experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, or Blockchain ecosystems</span>

Responsibilities

• Develop cross product-level priorities and strategy across our liquidity initiatives by understanding our customers and technology deeply.
• Reduce ambiguity and risk by proactively identifying bottlenecks, raising issues, and making data-driven decisions for customers.
• Communicate with purpose and clarity, guiding cross-functional teams to meet program objectives.
• Be an inspiring leader to co-leads, counterparts, and TPM colleagues.
• Contribute to technical frameworks used by engineering for decision-making.
• Influence efficiency of Operations Excellence processes across the organization.
• Partner with program managers, product managers, and engineering managers to align priorities across partners.
• Identify and mitigate risks and remove obstacles to development progress.
• Drive testing dependencies across teams as products converge for release.
• Build release, bug, and supervising dashboards for progress visibility.
