Job summary

Framework Ventures is seeking a senior product manager to lead crypto wallet products, guiding cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch. You will define roadmaps, gather and validate requirements, and align stakeholders across engineering, design, and leadership.

You will translate complex technical concepts into actionable requirements, conduct market research, and measure product KPIs to drive impact in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years in a technical product management role.
• Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.
• Excellent communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in agile methodologies (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, and JavaScript.
• Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting product KPIs; A/B testing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and post-launch analysis.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage backlogs for development teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on feasibility, business impact, and customer value.
• Conduct extensive market research including customer discovery to understand value proposition.
• Work with developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.
