Ripple is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead large cross-functional programs, collaborating with product and engineering to design scalable systems and accelerate delivery. You will translate business needs into technical strategies while guiding teams through complex, multi-team initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 8+ years in release or project management on enterprise-scale projects, strong data analytics, and proficiency with Agile/Scrum.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of release and/or project management experience on complex enterprise projects.
• Ability to use data and analytics to monitor project health and trends.
• Experience with modern project management processes (Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma).
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally, build consensus, and influence without authority.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets.
• Experience crafting or architecting scalable systems and design patterns.
• Experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, and/or Blockchain ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross product-level priorities and strategy across liquidity initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate bottlenecks to reduce risk and improve outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
• Lead and inspire co-leads, peers, and TPM colleagues.
• Contribute to technical frameworks used by engineering teams for decision-making.
• Influence operations excellence processes across the organization.
• Align priorities with program and product managers across multiple partners.
• Identify risks early and remove obstacles to development.
• Drive testing dependencies and release readiness across teams.
• Build dashboards to monitor progress and gaps for partners.
