Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Project Execution Manager across Western Canada. You’ll help plan, coordinate, and execute construction-related projects, maintain schedules, and track deliverables while liaising with internal teams, customers, and contractors.

You will contribute to project reporting, participate in site visits, and assist in improving project management practices. A clear path toward a Project Execution Manager role is provided.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or related fields.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Execution Manager with day-to-day coordination of active projects.
• Assist in maintaining project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and trackers.
• Coordinate project documentation, meeting minutes, and filing systems.
• Track progress and prepare status reports and dashboards.
• Schedule and coordinate internal and customer meetings and reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Customer Care, Supply Chain, and Operations.
