Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience with scheduling or project planning is helpful.
• Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
• Proficiency in managing timelines and priorities.
• Comfort with data and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Track milestones, deadlines, progress, and changes.
• Identify potential delays, scheduling issues, and resource concerns.
• Gather and update schedule information with managers and team members.
• Analyze information and communicate potential impacts to management.
• Develop short-term and long-term project forecasts.
• Support project planning, staffing, and resource needs.
• Prepare reports, status updates, and presentations for management.
• Identify solutions when schedules or project plans change.
• Maintain accurate and organized project information.
• Work with Finance and Program Management to support planning and reporting.
• Learn and use company scheduling and project management systems.
