Job summary

TRISTAR is seeking a detail-oriented Program Scheduler to support multiple project schedules across stakeholders. The role requires coordinating schedule activities, tracking milestones, and communicating events to leadership and customers.

The candidate should have experience with project scheduling, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, technical environment. DoD program exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program scheduling, project coordination, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated program and project schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to document activities, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Track schedule progress and provide updates to leadership and customers.
• Communicate schedule changes and upcoming events to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify delays, conflicts, and risks and assist with mitigation strategies.
• Maintain schedule data including durations, dependencies, baselines, and forecasts.
• Support IMS development and milestone tracking tools.
• Prepare schedule reports and executive summaries.
