Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Oakdale, PA, is seeking a Cross Dock Associate to help offload, receive, store and ship furniture and components in a fast-paced warehouse. Daily duties include bar code scanning, inventory updates in the proprietary system, and safely operating forklifts and cherry pickers.

The role requires 1-2 years in warehousing, a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50–350 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years’ warehousing experience or similar.
• Forklift certification required; cherry picker a plus.
• Basic computer skills for inventory logs and records.
• Ability to lift up to 50–350 lbs and work in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive, offload, stock, and transport inbound products.
• Fulfill orders by locating, transporting, and scanning outbound items.
• Record stock locations in the proprietary inventory system.
• Operate heavy industrial equipment and maintain safety standards.
• Support cycle counts and keep work areas clean and organized.
