Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Oakdale, PA is seeking a Warehouse Lead to guide and train a team of associates, scheduling work and ensuring efficient picking, packing and shipping. You will supervise dock operations, support security, perform light repairs, and maintain records for accountability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of tasks and time to drive productivity and accountability.
• Ensure security, safety and proper handling of materials and equipment.
• Supervise dock operations, assist with unloading/loading and minor furniture repairs as needed.
