Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New Jersey is seeking a Product Solutions Manager for Cross Currency to define client‑ready solutions with Sales. You will understand client needs, configure complex product offerings, and act as the voice of the customer.

You will support pricing, contribute to RFP responses, and help grow North America cross‑currency revenue by guiding the product strategy and coordinating with Sales, Banker Coverage, Clearing, and FX Sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience solving problems across multiple teams and products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a sales cycle and regular client engagement.
• Strong knowledge of transaction banking and cross-currency solutions.
• Proven product-oriented consultative sales experience.
• Excellent client-facing, presentation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads solutioning and adoption of client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions for clients’ needs.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on defined products and understands client needs and industry trends.
• Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and training collateral.
• Engages with client teams to understand pain points and communicates feedback to Product teams for roadmap input.
• Owns and executes strategy to grow Cross‑Currency North America P&L with prioritization of targets and actions.
• Drives end-to-end sales cycle management: discovery, design, pricing, RFP responses, negotiation, and deal closing.
• Leads client presentations and pre-sales activities for North America; coordinates with Payments Sales, Banker Coverage, Clearing, and FX Sales.
• Maintains pipeline hygiene with forecasting, funnel governance, and senior management reporting.
