Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Jersey City is seeking a Product Solutions Manager in Cross Currency to define and configure complex solutions for key client relationships in partnership with Sales. You will articulate client needs and relay feedback to Product teams to shape roadmaps.

As the voice of the customer, you will lead solutioning, support pricing and deal strategy, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and present to clients and senior stakeholders across North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience solving problems across multiple teams and products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in a sales cycle and regular client engagement.
• Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong ability to find solutions across stakeholders to deliver client outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of transaction banking and cross-currency solutions, including multi-currency pricing, cross-border payments, liquidity concepts, and APIs.
• Proven product-oriented consultative sales experience with complex cycles.

Responsibilities

• Leads solutioning and adoption of client-facing products, defining and configuring optimal solutions.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on defined products and industry trends.
• Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and training collateral.
• Engages with client teams to understand pain points and relay feedback to Product teams.
• Own and execute the strategy to grow Cross‑Currency North America P&L, prioritizing targets and actions.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle management from origination to deal closing.
• Lead client presentations and pre-sales activities for North America, coordinating with Payments, Banker Coverage, Clearing, and FX Sales.
• Maintain pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and senior management reporting.
