Job summary

JPMorganChase in New Jersey seeks an Executive Director to lead cross-currency FX solutions sales across North America. You will partner with payments sales, corporate banking, and product teams to originate opportunities, shape solutions, and win new business.

You will manage a disciplined pipeline, develop client-focused proposals, and guide the RFP process while delivering value in cross-border payments and FX product suites for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading and developing solutions across multiple teams and products.
• Strong knowledge of FX payments, cross-border payments, and digital channels.
• Experience facilitating sales cycles and strategic pricing decisions.
• Excellent writing, verbal communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies and execute them.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Cross Currency Solutions teams to grow NA profitability.
• Manage pipeline, target client lists, and drive mandates to closure.
• Leverage FX product knowledge to develop end-to-end solution strategies.
• Coordinate client presentations with payments sales and banking partners.
• Develop client-relevant proposals and support pricing decisions.
• Provide feedback to product teams on market trends and client needs.
• Collaborate with internal partners across sales, product, and client service.
