The role provides customer service to internal and external customers, communicates with partner carriers daily, and updates tracing information, resolves delivery delays, and schedules customer pickups.

You will assist customers with freight movement across the border and customs inquiries, work in a fast-paced environment, and perform related duties

Qualifications

• Strong communication/telephone skills.
• Motivated with customer service experience.
• Data entry skills 30+ WPM; proficient with MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
• Communicate with partner carriers daily and update tracing information.
• Resolve delivery delays and schedule customer pickups.
• Assist customers with freight movement across the border and customs inquiries.
• Perform related duties and update daily reports in Excel/Word using internal applications.
