R+L Carriers in Wilmington, OH is seeking a National Account Customer Service Representative for a full-time role Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–6:00 pm. The position pays $23.00 per hour and offers vacation after 90 days along with a comprehensive benefits package.

The role collaborates with National Account Sales Directors and Operations to support high-volume shippers, handle calls and emails, and provide timely problem resolution and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Provide world-class customer service with timely problem resolution.
• Manage reports for service and exceptions for national account customers.
• Communicate effectively with service centers to ensure on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to internal and external customers with timely problem resolution.
• Manage reports for service and exceptions.
• Communicate with service centers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Assist with MyRLC login requests and management for customer access.
• Support National Account Sales Directors with customer requests.
• Process reports and data to support shipping activities.
• Support the general customer care call queue.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
