Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Working knowledge of a Transportation Management System and full shipment lifecycle.
• Familiarity with cross-border Mexico–United States import/export processes and customs status.
• Customer service mindset with practical stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).

Responsibilities

• Track shipments and run daily track-and-trace activities within the TMS.
• Plan and schedule orders within timelines, resolving system issues.
• Communicate with carriers for shipment updates and documentation.
• Monitor cross-border activity and customs status, manage invoices and docs.
• Analyze shipment trends, flag risks, and report to leadership.
• Prepare operational reports and participate in reviews and planning meetings.
