Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculturally based program (agriculture, agronomy) is required.
• PCA/CCA certification is required and must be in good standing.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services within assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow sales programs to meet annual targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
• Provide knowledge of product features, benefits, and usage.
• Offer agronomic training to customers and staff as needed.
• Initiate on-field trials to support marketing.
• Interpret soil, tissue, and water analyses for recommendations.
• Respond to technical inquiries from customers.
• Develop proprietary fertilizer formulations and agronomic summaries.
• Publish periodic summaries of agronomic observations and research.
• Maintain and expand customer contacts.
