Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Crop Consultant responsible for selling company products and services, meeting annual sales goals, and building customer relationships. You will interpret soil, tissue, and water analyses and initiate trials that support marketing efforts across assigned accounts.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in an agriculturally based program and PCA/CCA certification; a valid driver's license is necessary.

What You'll Bring:

• PCA / CCA Required, member in good standing
• Valid Driver's License

Salary range $68,640.00 - $130,000.00 annually. This range is estimated for a Crop Consultant in Oxnard, CA. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
