Nutrien Ag Solutions, a leading crop inputs provider, seeks a sales professional in Indiana to expand grower relationships and drive sales of agricultural inputs. You will work with growers, ensure product delivery quality, and help optimize customer credit processes.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, knowledge of agricultural products, and strong communication with production growers to meet revenue goals in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred; 5+ years agriculture experience if no degree.
• 2+ years' experience using standard concepts and procedures in agriculture and understanding of agricultural chemicals.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and general software tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with growers to increase agricultural inputs sales to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction of products including on-time delivery and quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of proprietary products.
• Consult with growers on agricultural issues and prescribe actions to resolve issues.
• Perform initial credit review of customers to understand credit risk and communicate with Credit Manager.
• Collect outstanding accounts receivable from customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
