Job summary

DealHub Ltd. in the United States is seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead revenue generation across sales, marketing, estimating and client success for data-center infrastructure services.

This executive will partner with the CEO and executive team to define go-to-market strategy, scale growth, and build high-performing teams while focusing on long-term partnerships and recurring revenue streams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of revenue leadership in a high-growth B2B or construction-adjacent industry.
• Deep understanding of commercial construction, data center infrastructure, or related fields preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends to shape strategy.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), pipeline management, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the company’s revenue-generating strategy across core business verticals, aligning sales, marketing, estimating, and client success teams around shared goals.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing business development and sales organization that thrives on accountability, teamwork, and performance.
• Oversee integrated marketing strategy to position us as a market leader and trusted partner in technology infrastructure.
• Collaborate with company leadership to create a seamless client journey from initial contact through post-project follow-up.
• Lead annual planning and revenue forecasting in partnership with the CEO, COO, and CFO.
