Responsibilities

• Analyze website performance to understand customer behavior.
• Establish baselines and measure pre/post-launch performance.
• Partner with Analytics & Reporting to access Adobe Analytics data.
• Lead test-and-target efforts from setup to communication of results.
• Translate experimentation data into actionable conclusions.
• Identify friction points and drop-offs across journeys.
• Create executive-ready reports on performance trends and business impact.
• Develop annual forecasts and models for ecommerce funnels.
• Provide insights to optimize website experiences.
