Job summary

Black Forest Supplements, a Miami-based direct-to-consumer brand, seeks a Conversion Optimization specialist to own the flow from ad click to order. You will design and ship continuous A/B tests, revamp PDPs and checkout, and build landing pages, bundles, quizzes, and integrations with a mobile-first mindset.

You will leverage Shopify expertise, front-end Liquid work, and GA4/Intelligems to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates and revenue.

Qualifications

3-5 years doing conversion optimization on Shopify
A real testing record with dozens of tests designed, launched and interpreted
Statistical honesty: recognize noise and say so
Front-end ability: build variants and pages with Liquid
Intelligems or equivalent, and GA4
Competitor intelligence as a working habit: trend tracking and testing
Subscription and retention experience
You will not be handed a roadmap; you write it

Responsibilities

Testing. Design, build, launch and read out A/B tests continuously.
Shipping the backlog: Landing pages, bundles, quizzes, apps, integrations, etc.
Product pages: Rebuild PDPs around data-driven insights.
Cart and checkout: Improve cart, upsells, post-purchase, subscription opt-in.
Watching the market: TrendTrack and ad libraries; translate insights into tests.
Mobile first: prioritise decisions for mobile users.
