Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a hands-on Ecommerce Growth Manager to own the Slate ecom site and Amazon shop end-to-end. You will optimize conversion, speed, and mobile experience while continuously refining UX across homepage, PDP, cart, and checkout.

You will build and update pages in Shopify, implement light HTML/CSS tweaks, run CRO experiments with GA4 insights, manage email/SMS campaigns, and analyze KPIs to drive revenue growth for a DTC brand in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years in ecommerce, growth, or digital marketing roles (startup or high growth preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS with JavaScript a plus.
• Strong understanding of CRO and digital funnels.
• Analytical, with experience using GA4 and Shopify analytics.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving quickly with limited resources.
• Ownership mindset; proactive in identifying opportunities and acting.

Responsibilities

• Own the ecommerce and Amazon shop experience end-to-end.
• Build and update Shopify pages, including landing and product pages.
• Implement light front-end changes with HTML/CSS; troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze user behavior and run A/B tests to improve CVR, AOV, and retention.
• Manage Email/SMS campaigns to support journeys; optimize onsite merchandising.
• Monitor campaigns in real time and report KPIs to leadership.
• Oversee contractor relationships (email/SMS, SEO) to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Track and report core ecommerce metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
