Job summary

Sticky Digital, a Klaviyo Platinum Partner and retention-focused agency for DTC brands, is seeking a CRO Strategist to build and run our CRO practice. You’ll work hands-on on client Shopify stores while designing the repeatable process from audit to quarterly readout.

This ground-floor role offers real runway as the practice grows. You will audit stores, develop a prioritized testing roadmap, write hypotheses, run tests, and analyze results.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on CRO experience, agency or in-house.
• Experience running A/B and multivariate tests on Shopify or Shopify Plus stores.
• Experience with testing tools such as Intelligems, Shoplift, Convert, VWO, Optimizely, or similar.
• Comfort with analytics and behavior tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar.
• Proven ability to build a testing roadmap and prioritize using a framework like ICE or PIE.
• Strong statistical fundamentals: significance, sample size, and understanding test trustworthiness.
• Experience writing CRO reports and presenting results to clients or stakeholders.
• Experience project managing design and development work, including briefs, QA, and launch.
• Strong ownership and organization, and comfortable working independently in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Audit client Shopify stores to identify high impact CRO opportunities.
• Build a prioritized testing roadmap aligned with client goals and traffic realities.
• Write test hypotheses, define success metrics, and estimate sample sizes.
• Launch and QA tests in the client’s testing tool and implement simple tests.
• Analyze results, declare winners and losers, and document learnings.
• Present findings to clients in calls and reports.
• Collaborate with design and development to ship tests on Shopify without breaking the store.
• Create repeatable CRO system with intake, audit, roadmap, tests, and reporting.
