Job summary

Fuelerate is a growth partner for Shopify brands, driving data-driven testing and design improvements to scale ecommerce stores. We seek a CRO/Analytics specialist to own client CRO programs, run tests, and translate data into actionable guidance.

You will lead onboarding calls, manage client relationships, and collaborate with designers, developers, and PMs to deliver measurable improvements. Strong English communication and hands-on Shopify experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency experience.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify stores.
• Proficiency with GA4, heatmaps, and session recording tools.
• Ability to extract practical insights from data.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Confidence in client-facing communication and account management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage A/B tests with Intelligems.
• Review CRO redesigns using internal frameworks.
• Analyze heatmaps, GA4, and recordings to identify funnel friction.
• Turn data into simple recommendations for clients.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and PMs.
• Take full ownership of assigned client accounts and communications.
• Lead onboarding calls, recurring client meetings, and progress reports.
