UAB Medicine in Alabama is seeking a part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist for a wide range of surgical procedures, including cardio-thoracic cases and catheterizations. You will also participate in the clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program, current APN with CRNA certification, ACLS/BLS/PALS, and a commitment to patient safety.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program.
• Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
• APN with CRNA specialty certification by the Alabama Board of Nursing is required.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse procedures.
• Participate in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.
