Job summary
UAB Medicine is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical and diagnostic procedures at our Alabama campus.
The part-time role requires graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program and current Alabama CRNA/APN certification, ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Weekend alternating shifts with strong benefits complete the package.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program.
- CRNA certification or eligibility by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
- ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications are required.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia under direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse procedures.
- Participate in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.
