Job summary

UAB Medicine in Alabama is seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical and diagnostic procedures, including cardio-thoracic cases and cardiac catheterizations. This role includes participating in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.

Qualified candidates must graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program and hold current CRNA certification by the Alabama Board of Nursing, with ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program required.
• Currently certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse with CRNA specialty by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities
