Bradford White in Ambler, PA seeks a CRM Marketing Operations Specialist to execute CRM and CMS initiatives, manage digital assets, and optimize web experiences for customers and partners. You will work closely with Marketing, IT, Sales, and Support to deploy campaigns, updates, and landing pages while contributing strategic input to improve performance.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in CRM, web strategy, and digital marketing, with HTML/CSS/JS and CMS experience, plus strong communication
Qualifications
- College/university degree in Marketing, Business, or Sales.
- 3+ years in corporate marketing or business development.
- 3+ years in CRM operations, web strategy, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Dynamics, or Salesforce.
- Experience with large-scale web ecosystems and digital transformation.
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript proficiency with responsive design.
- CMS development and API integrations experience.
- Drupal or open-source site building expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
Responsabilités
- Develop CRM customer journeys and related functions in CRM tools.
- Manage website content, design, and functionality for optimal UX.
- Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Sales, Product, and Support.
- Assist in landing pages, forms, and web assets deployment.
- Provide input to improve performance, UX, and digital effectiveness.
- Ensure accessibility and brand alignment across digital assets.
