You will collaborate with lifecycle, creative, data, and digital teams to build journeys, manage triggers, validate lists, schedule launches, and maintain process discipline for accurate, timely campaigns.

This role requires 3+ years in CRM marketing and comfort with regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing or related roles.
• Experience with email, SMS, and automated campaigns.
• Experience building and deploying marketing communications.
• Experience with audience segmentation and list management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute, coordinate, and deploy CRM communications and journeys.
• Build, QA test, schedule, and deploy CRM messages across channels.
• Maintain lifecycle journeys and automation workflows.
• Coordinate deployment readiness, QA steps, and post-launch follow-up.
