Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Technical Systems Program Manager for its User Operations team in San Francisco. This role focuses on driving strategy, alignment, prioritization, and execution of CRM-related systems across Salesforce and adjacent platforms.

You will partner with Engineering, Revenue Operations, Data, and Enterprise Platform teams to operationalize scalable CRM workflows in a cross-functional environment. Hybrid in-office schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience driving high-impact technical programs in program management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows supporting user operations or support organizations.
• Experience with CRM systems, routing engines, and adjacent systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive CRM systems initiatives across support.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders and engineering teams to identify pain points, define scalable solutions, evaluate tradeoffs, and execute across Salesforce and adjacent platforms.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders while driving prioritization and execution.
• Help operationalize AI-native workflows by defining and building scalable automation, orchestration, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop processes with cross-functional teams.
