• Own and drive CRM systems initiatives across support.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and engineering to identify pain points and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce and adjacent platforms.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders while driving prioritization and execution across teams.
• Help operationalize AI-native workflows by defining scalable automation and human-in-the-loop processes.
