Job summary
Human Interest is seeking an Engineering Manager, CRM Systems to lead our Salesforce administrators and developers at the forefront of AI-powered CRM.
You will define the team's strategy with product, partner across GTM and CS&O, and deliver scalable, reliable CRM solutions that accelerate revenue growth and improve customer experience.
You will foster talent, establish processes, and drive CI/CD improvements while guiding build-versus-buy decisions and integration strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading engineering teams in the Salesforce domain.
- Hands-on software engineering background with strong architecture, APIs, integrations, and CI/CD.
- Experience with Salesforce platform capabilities and integrations.
- Experience directing AI coding agents in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Salesforce admins and developers.
- Partner with Product to set technical strategy, architecture, and CRM roadmap.
- Deliver reliable, scalable CRM solutions across GTM and CS&O workflows.
- Invest in platform, architecture, testing, observability, and CI/CD improvements.
- Establish processes for planning, design reviews, release management, and on-call rotations.
- Identify opportunities to use AI capabilities to improve productivity and outcomes.
- Make build-versus-buy decisions for Salesforce or external solutions.
