Sierra Select Distributors, Inc. is seeking an experienced CRM Director to lead our customer relationship management strategy, oversee data quality, and drive engagement to support business growth.

The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to optimize the customer journey. You will design segmentation and targeted programs, implement analytics, and establish dashboards and KPIs.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in CRM or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline preferred.
• Proven experience developing and implementing CRM strategies.
• Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, lifecycle management.
• Experience with CRM platforms and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
