Job summary

Penske is seeking a Director, Customer Data and Insights to lead our CRM, data strategy, and analytics function within the Digital Fleet organization. You will define governance, own 360° customer data, and drive data-driven decision-making across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, marketing, data or computer science required.
• 10+ years in CRM administration, revenue operations, customer success operations or analytics.
• 5+ years in people management or a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated CRM implementation from scoping to go-live.
• Deep expertise in CRM configuration, administration & workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CRM implementation and optimization of HubSpot CRM.
• Define pipeline structures, deal stages, contact properties, and lifecycle stages.
• Build 360-degree customer data model across CRM and platforms.
• Design scalable dashboards and reporting for multiple teams.
• Partner with Revenue and Finance on forecasting and performance analysis.
