CourtAvenue is seeking a Director, CRM Strategy to own day-to-day CRM strategy execution for major accounts, translating program vision into activation-ready specifications, segmentation, journey logic, suppression rules, and campaign requirements. This hands-on leadership role requires building segmentation frameworks and journey maps, mentoring the team, and presenting strategy in client meetings.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud experience preferred; automotive or dealer-network CRM

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 8+ years of CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, or customer journey design.
• Automotive or dealer-network CRM experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud; other platforms considered.
• Proven experience building audience segmentation and lifecycle journey frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to ship CRM programs.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring junior strategists and coordinating with technical teams.
• Comfortable building specs and segmentation logic and presenting in meetings.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day CRM strategy execution for assigned client accounts and translate direction into activation-ready specs.
• Lead the cross-functional journey orchestration pod to ship journeys on time and to spec.
• Build and maintain lifecycle-based audience segmentation frameworks tailored to each client.
• Partner with data and analytics to define entry/exit triggers and measurement plans.
• Translate strategic recommendations into deliverables for client review and build-out.
• Provide day-to-day direction and mentorship to other CourtAvenue strategists and campaign managers.
• Contribute to new business pitches with CRM strategy viewpoints and roadmaps.
• Stay current on CRM capabilities and personalization trends; bring recommendations back to practice.
• Develop reusable CRM frameworks and templates applicable across accounts.
