Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms seeks a Manager, Business Applications to lead a team supporting key enterprise applications across operations. You will partner with business leaders, IT, and vendors to ensure reliable, optimized software platforms and strong end-user experiences.

You will drive initiatives, manage changes, and shape roadmaps while mentoring staff and ensuring governance practices. A Bachelor’s degree is required and on-site work is expected in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field.
• Experience leading business applications and operational tech support.
• Experience with ERP, manufacturing, or related systems.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day support and performance of business apps.
• Provide end-to-end ownership of applications, including upgrades and integrations.
• Develop governance and documentation for ITIL-like processes.
• Lead projects involving enhancements, implementations, and changes.
• Develop and coach a high-performing application support team.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely issue resolution and user satisfaction.
