Job summary

PACCAR/Kenworth is seeking a Sales Application Support Analyst to assist with CRM systems and respond to dealer and internal team inquiries. You will help ensure that sales staff and dealers are properly set up in CRM and can use it effectively to support customers.

The role requires collaboration across teams, strong CRM knowledge, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce. Benefits include a comprehensive package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience with CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce CRM preferred.
• 1–2 years of truck industry experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide CRM-related support to external customers and internal teams via shared inbox.
• Backup to the OAR process; coordinate between dealers and engineering reviewers and maintain SLAs.
• Provide dealers with detailed, step-by-step troubleshooting procedures for truck specs.
• Assist with training internal and external clients on using the sales tool.
• Support the Experlogix Design Center maintenance and related CRM workflows.
