Job summary

PACCAR's Peterbilt group in Denton, TX seeks a Digital Services Specialist to safeguard customer hierarchy data across CRM systems and assist in developing, testing, and deploying new platforms. You’ll load marketing details, generate reports, and help train users. Travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Salesforce Customer & Sales Pipeline Data Stewardship: partner with stakeholders to identify challenges, gather requirements, document specs, and analyze data to generate insights.
• Maintain and update customer hierarchy data across systems, review new name requests, monitor data quality, perform mass updates, and conduct system audits.
• Maintain user access through roles, profiles, and permissions; manage customer information, promotions and pricing data; keep documentation up to date.
• Assist in Salesforce CRM development: customize and enhance the Sales CRM platform, including objects, workflows, and automation.
• Develop test cases and training materials; facilitate UAT; deliver end-user training and support for successful adoption.
• Support the Digital Services Manager with data analysis, Salesforce administration, and data management tasks.
• Create and distribute Salesforce and Dynamics reports; design dashboards for cross-functional teams.
