Job summary

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR division, seeks a Digital Services Specialist to own the accuracy and integrity of customer hierarchy data across PACCAR CRM systems. The role supports loading marketing details, generates ad-hoc reports, and develops training materials for new system implementations.

You will partner with the Digital Marketing Manager, handle Salesforce and Dynamics data tasks, build reports and dashboards, and train end users to ensure smooth adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce Customer & Sales Pipeline data; identify business challenges, gather requirements, document specifications; extract, clean, and analyze data for insights.
• Maintain/update customer accounts and hierarchy; ensure accuracy across systems; process new name requests; monitor data quality; perform mass updates; conduct audits.
• Maintain data within CRM Dynamics; manage user access, roles, and permissions; handle customer info, promotions, and freight data; maintain documentation.
• Assist in Salesforce CRM development with custom objects, workflow rules, and automation to improve sales processes.
• Develop training materials; coordinate UAT; deliver end-user training and support for adoption.
• Support the Digital Services Manager with data analysis, Salesforce administration, and data management activities.
• Salesforce and Dynamics reporting: design, build, and distribute dashboards and reports for cross-functional teams.
• Provide user support for Salesforce and Sales Tool; help with login issues, quotes transfer, dealer codes, and audits.
• Up to 10% travel can be expected.
