Responsibilities

• Salesforce Customer & Sales Pipeline data stewardship: partner with stakeholders to identify challenges, gather requirements, and document specifications while analyzing data for insights.
• Maintain/Review Customer Accounts/Hierarchy: update data across systems and audit data quality.
• Maintain Data within CRM Dynamics: manage access, customer information, promotions, and pricing data; maintain system docs.
• Salesforce CRM Development: assist in customization and enhancements of the Salesforce platform.
• Training Development and Delivery: create test cases, coordinate UAT, and deliver end-user training.
• Support Digital Services Manager: assist with data analysis and Salesforce administration.
• Salesforce Reporting: design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for cross-functional teams.
• Provide User Support for Salesforce and Sales Tool: assist users with login issues and general questions.
• Up to 10% travel.
