Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in the United States seeks a Sales Support Analyst to back the Sales team for the Tennessee River Area. You will serve as a Salesforce.com superuser, support onboarding of new customers, and manage administrative tasks for existing accounts.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Pricing, Customer Service, Design, and Finance to understand capacity, pricing changes, and value-added services to drive profitable sales growth.

Qualifications

• Advanced Salesforce.com proficiency or superuser capability.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience with reporting/BI tools (QlikView, QlikCloud, Kiwi or similar).

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team with onboarding new customers and CRM administration.
• Assist in providing administrative support for existing customers and contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Pricing, Customer Service, Design, and Finance to drive growth and profitability.
