Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support its Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty sales teams. The role focuses on CRM training, data integrity, and reporting to drive sales outcomes.

You will train new hires on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, maintain accurate CRM data, and prepare management reports for sales meetings. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales support or related field; insurance experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to manage projects and drive adherence to procedures.
• Technical ability with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Organized self-starter with ability to handle multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty sales teams; coordinate and prepare management reports for sales meetings.
• Provide Microsoft Dynamics CRM system training for newly hired/acquired sales associates.
• Complete quality opportunity assignments for newly hired/acquired sales associates.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM data; merge duplicates and reassign terminated opportunities.
• Verify new business wins in CRM align with agency management system and track initiatives.
• Act as CRM SME and provide updates to sales associates; develop workflows and lead management.
• Compile and generate sales and management reports (New/Lost, Cross Sell, Risk, Referral, PEAK, Stewardship).
• Prepare presentations and supporting sales materials; maintain branding consistency in USI collateral.
• Execute office marketing strategies, including pre/post-event seminars and webinar support.
