Responsibilities

• Provide Microsoft Dynamics CRM system training for newly hired/acquired sales associates.
• Complete quality opportunity assignments for newly hired/acquired sales associates.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM data; merge duplicates and reassign opportunities as needed.
• Verify Opportunities align with appointments and wins; track CRM initiatives.
• Prepare management reports for sales meetings and support sales operations initiatives.
