Qualifications

• 1-3 years in sales support or admin; insurance experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage projects and adhere to procedures.
• CRM experience preferred (Dynamics); other CRMs a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
• Organized self-starter with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty sales management; prepare management reports.
• Provide Microsoft Dynamics CRM training for newly hired/acquired sales associates.
• Complete quality opportunity assignments for newly hired/acquired sales associates.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM data; merge duplicates and reassign opportunities.
• Verify new business wins align with agency management system and track initiatives in CRM.
• Act as Dynamics CRM SME; update sales teams on procedures and workflows.
• Compile and generate various sales and management reports (New/Lost, Cross Sell, Risk Assessment, Referral, PEAK, Stewardship).
• Prepare presentations and supporting sales materials; maintain branding and marketing messaging.
• Execute office marketing strategies including pre/post-event seminars and webinar support.
