Job summary
Novartis Group of Companies in East Hanover, NJ is seeking an accomplished product leader to drive data activation capabilities within the US CRM ecosystem. You will translate business demand into a prioritized backlog and guide agile delivery across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; MS or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience with data platforms or SaaS.
- Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud implementation and data model knowledge.
- Deep CRM understanding across Salesforce, Veeva, and related platforms.
- Experience leading a Scrum team end-to-end and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of data-centric capabilities from discovery to release.
- Prioritize backlog with leadership based on capacity and strategy.
- Lead a Scrum team through ceremonies and removal of blockers.
- Coordinate with CRM product managers, architecture, analytics, privacy/legal.
- Represent data activation platform in CRM planning and governance.
- Support data modeling and transform customer data into unified profiles.
