Job summary

M&S Consulting seeks an accomplished product management leader to transform CRM capabilities for a large Pharma client, emphasizing innovation, partnership, and intellectual maturity in data and AI applications.

Reporting to the CRM Product Management Team, you translate customer needs into clear requirements, manage a prioritized backlog, and drive agile delivery to improve engagement while meeting governance, privacy and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
5-7+ years in product management or leadership roles in pharma/CRM.
Deep CRM landscape knowledge incl. Salesforce, Veeva, and related platforms.
Experience owning backlog, agile ceremonies, and product roadmaps.
Strong communication and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
Experience with AI-enabled product management and LLM-based workflows.
Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across business and IT.
Strong analytical, data interpretation, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end CRM capability delivery from discovery to release and maintenance.
Translate business needs into prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria.
Refine backlog to align with quarterly planning.
Plan and track releases with delivery teams; remove blockers.
Improve processes and user experience; validate with users.
Coordinate with architecture, analytics, privacy/legal, and stakeholders.
Ensure governance, privacy, and compliance.
Mentor delivery resources and build capability.
Support change enablement with training and communications.
Provide status updates and inform leadership on roadmap.
Stay current on CRM platforms and industry trends.
