Job summary

Novartis AG is seeking an accomplished product leader to drive data-centric capabilities within the US CRM ecosystem. You will translate business needs into clear data activation requirements, manage a prioritized backlog, and lead an agile team through discovery to release.

You will partner with cross-functional teams including privacy, architecture, analytics, and commercial stakeholders to ensure governance and scalable solutions that improve customer engagement and activation across the CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; MS or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in product management with data platforms or SaaS.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM data activation.
• Strong understanding of CRM landscape across Sales, Marketing, Service.
• Experience leading a Scrum team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of data-centric capabilities and CRM workflows.
• Prioritize backlog with senior leaders based on capacity and alignment.
• Lead a scrum team through ceremonies, remove blockers, protect velocity.
• Coordinate with CRM product managers, architecture, privacy, and stakeholders.
• Represent data activation needs in platform planning and release readiness.
• Support data modeling, ingestion flows, and schema decisions.
• Enable segmentation and insights aligned with business needs.
