NightOwl Consulting is seeking a CRM Assistant to manage and optimize Jungo CRM, ensuring data accuracy and supporting our sales and production teams. You will monitor the lead lifecycle and hold team members accountable within the CRM, while performing data audits to drive efficiency across the organization.

A video interview is required, and completion is necessary to move forward to in-person interviews. The role emphasizes data integrity, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with CRM systems (prefer Jungo CRM).
• Strong understanding of the lead lifecycle and CRM accountability.
• Data accuracy and routine data audits are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain Jungo CRM system, ensuring data is accurate and organized.
• Perform regular data audits to uphold data integrity.
• Monitor movement of leads from entry to close and ensure proper follow-through at each stage.
• Assist sales and production teams with CRM-related needs, generate reports, and improve interdepartmental communication.
• Reinforce proper CRM usage and ensure team accountability within the system.
• Identify and implement improvements to CRM workflows for efficiency.
